Varsity Poms

We are all taking a Turns and Jumps class thru starstruck

It is Tues nights at 7:30 - 8:30 Turns /Jumps 5

The cost for the class is $65.00 mo .. There is a $30.00 reg fee for the year and Aug is pro rated by 50%  

So this is what I need you to do :

Go to  http://www.starstruckdance.com/Starstruck/Home.html 

then click on the 2012-2013  Registration Card

print and fill out ( make sure it is filled out completely)

circle the Tues Turns / Jumps 5 class at 7:30

need a check for $62.50 for reg. and the Aug classes ( I can turn in the registration forms and you can call with CC info if you want to pay by CC and not check )

PLEASE PUT IN A ENVELOPE WITH MY NAME ON IT  JULIE CAMBIER  / Starstruck   

I need to take all these forms along with the payments to Starstruck on the 26th when we do the Skate City event 

• We are taking a private Tech class on Tues. at Starstruck from 8:30 to 9:30  after the turns class this is a private class for CVHS Varsity poms only and the fee for that will be determined by the instructor so I will let you know as soon as I get that info !!!
