Coaches, Team Members and Family: The hotel is: Disney's All-Star Sports Resort 1701 West Buena Vista Drive Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830 (407) 939-5000 Coach Heather Acampora cell 303-475-9792, Coach Elijuan Pearl 720-212-6224, Coach Danielle Swanson 303-883-5097, CVHS administrator Ann Karl is also attending. The athletes attending may be dismissed from CV at 1:30pm on Thursday.  Please have athletes meet at the Frontier airlines baggage check inside.  Our group must check in together. Please be there by 2:45pm.  UNIFORMS CAN NOT BE IN A CHECKED BAG.  THEY MUST BE CARRIED ON.  Before going thru check-in, we will ask to see each athletes uniform pieces.  There is a charge for luggage.  Please bring either cash or a cc in order to pay for any checked bags.  Also, please remember to not carry on liquids.  Any athlete 18 and over must provide ID.  The team will have an 12am curfew on the first night.  (It will take that long to get checked and settled in)  Friday:  Team practice 9:30am-12pm.  12-9 at the parks.  Each room will have a contact lead.  That person will be responsible for texting Elijuan, Heather, and Ms. Karl where their group is located.  This is required every 3 hours.  If not followed, they will be required to stay with coaches for the remainder of the trip. 9-10pm team meeting in Coach Heather's/Danielle's room.  10pm room curfew/11pm bed check.  If any athlete is on their phone later than 11:30pm, phones will be held by coaches overnight.  Saturday: Team leaves at 7am for the Field House at Wide World of Sports complex.  Team check in is at 8:19am.  Competition time is 9:04am.  There are 33 teams our category small varsity co-ed.  At 12:45pm they announce finalists.  Team will return to hotel from 1-5pm.  We will return to WWofS Complex regardless of results.  Finals run 6:45-10pm. Sunday: We will have a day at the parks.  Coach Heather will be at the competition to support all CO teams that make all girl finals.  The same rules for reporting in on each rooms location during the day applies.  Team dinner time and location tba.  Dance party info listed below.  Dance party ends at 2am.  Curfew is 2:45am.  Those attending dance party should be with Coach Elijuan. Monday: Morning will be for checkout and small amount of free time.  Bus to airport will most likely leave resort by approx. 9:30am.  Please check flight return time with Frontier and meet your athlete at the baggage carousel. (Even if they did not check a bag.)  Athletes will need to "check out" with chaperones. Please know that I think this is a great group of kids.  However, if there are any disapline issues, your athlete may be required to be sent home earlier than the planned flight.  If this is the case, the parents are required to pay for the flight change.  This is the 18th team I will be chaperoning. Only one kid has ever been sent home early.  Order of Competition and Schedule of Events: You may view the order of competition and the event schedule on varsity.com, uca.varsity.com or for mobile phone users - events.varsity.com. Competition Venues: This year we will be utilizing FOUR competition venues: the Indiana Jones Theater at Disney's Hollywood Studios®, The Varsity Arena, the J Center and the HP Field House at the ESPN Wide World of Sports® Complex. The Varsity Arena is a structure that Disney has added for the NHSCC. It is located in the Hess Fields right in front of the J Center and the HP Fieldhouse at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Admission into ESPN Wide World of Sports® is included only for those on the NHSCC travel package and anyone purchasing Disney tickets from the NHSCC. Only those NOT purchasing tickets from the NHSCC will be charged an admission of $25.00 per day into ESPN Wide World of Sports® Complex. Once you have entered into the Complex you may go into The Varsity Arena, the J Center AND/OR the HP Field House. These tickets are available only at the ESPN Wide World of Sports® ticket booths and will be on sale the day of our events. You may notice that all competitions that only have one round prior to the finals for that category are classified as a semi-final competition. A minimum of 50% of the category will advance from the Semi-Final to the Finals. UCA Night at Magic Kingdom:  ***CVHS athletes will NOT attend this event this year.  We will have a 10pm curfew Friday evening.   (Only for those purchasing the NHSCC Championship Travel Package). The Magic Kingdom will extend its hours on Friday evening for the NHSCC from 11:00 pm - 1:00 am. Only those with a LIGHT BLUE wristband will be allowed to ride select attractions during this time frame.   Celebration Party: Sunday evening we have planned a Celebration Party at Disney's Hollywood Studios™. The park will be closed to the public.  The following Attractions will be open from 10:00 pm - 1:30 pm.  • Hollywood Tower of Terror • Aerosmith's Rock-n-Rollercoaster • Toy Story Midway Mania There will also be a DJ for dancing at the Indiana Jones Theater™ Epic Stunt Spectacular Theater 10:00 pm - 2:00 am. (The DJ plays thirty minutes longer than the attractions are open) Team dinner will also be on this evening.  Time and location tba.  Please know this dinner is approx. $15-20/pp.  The girls usually dress up a bit. For those teams or family members who didn't purchase the travel package, admission into the Celebration Party is $35.00. Extra tickets (wristbands) are limited and will be for sale only during the registration times listed on the previous page. TRANSPORTATION IS NOT PROVIDED FOR THOSE PURCHASING EXTRA TICKETS. Walt Disney World buses DO NOT shuttle to Disney's Hollywood Studios™ this evening due to the park being closed to the public. Those purchasing extra wristbands must provide their OWN TRANSPORTATION.   Coach Elijuan will be at the dance party. PLEASE NOTE: Each group of minors attending the Celebration Party must be accompanied by an adult chaperone (21 years or older) in order to be allowed into the Party. Mandatory Advisors/Coaches Meeting: Please choose one mandatory meeting that will be held in the "Coaches Tent" in front of Celebrity Hall. The meeting times to choose from are listed below.  Friday, February 7 9:00 am 12:00 noon 3:00 pm 6:00 pm 9:00pm Photography and Video Policy: Because we take the safety and security of our participants seriously, our policy is to protect your privacy and that of all participants. Audience use of telephoto lenses and video cameras, including video capable digital cameras/camera phones will not be allowed. Unauthorized users of such equipment will be escorted from our event. Only official press from newspapers, magazines, etc. will be allowed to shoot pictures during our event with professional equipment. All press requests will be taken seriously and a contract must be signed prior to clearance being given. We hope that you understand the seriousness of this issue and give us your full support. Nationals- how to pay for hotel with a cc

Paying for rooming package online?  Here is the step by step.  Deposit and payments can be done this way.  MUST be paid by end of month in full.  Deposit is due immediately.  Both Disney resorts are full.  We cannot lose a room!  Please have $100 payment in to me or on the website asap.  TY!
