NEW dates for the 2013/2014 CV cheer tryouts:

4/8 - 7:30-8:30 Commons - Pre-Tryout Parent Meeting

4/9 - 4/10 - 4/11 - 6:00 pm-8:30 pm  - Clinics/Camp

4/13 - 8:00 am-11:15 am Commons - 11:15-7:30 pm Gym -Tryouts

4/15 - 3:00-3:30 Commons (Results)

4/15 - 6:00 pm Room 3500/3550 Parent Meeting

4/17 - 3 pm-6pm Dance/Wrestling Room - Uniform Fitting

Please let me know if there is a conflict for the tryout date.  Arrangements can be made.

DVD's will be made available at the parent meeting.  Cash or check only please.  Made out to CVHS.  

For the clinic, athletes need the permission slip in the packet completed with the medical page.  However, in order to tryout on April 13, a physical must be on file at CV OR with your current school.  If any school other than CV, you MUST bring a copy.  Otherwise, you must bring a current physical.  Please have it done on a DCSD form by your physical, King Soopers Little Clinic, or any other authorized place.  But it must be done before the athlete can tryout.  No exceptions!!!

 

Please look for the packet in an upcoming posting.  also- please look for the sign-up.  The sign-up is new his year.  It will be used to help myself and the office check on current physicals, and it will also help me plan.
