Welcome to Flip and Shout Competitions, LLC.
2012 Winter Challenge December 1, 2012
National Western Complex Historic Arena
The 2012
Winter Challenge will be held at the Historic Arena at the National
Western Complex on the north side of I-70 NOT the Denver Coliseum.
There will be a hockey game taking place at the Denver Coliseum so be
very conscious of traffic flow. The map in the FORMS section is a
diagram of the complex. The highlighted area is where the event is
taking place. Please use this as your guide. Both spectators and
participants will need to enter through Door 4 as marked on the map.
The National Western Complex does charge for parking at $10 a vehicle.
Spectator Admission is $10 with children under 10 free.

All Star Dance/Cheer Session will begin with first performance at 4pm.
High School Cheer/Dance Session will begin just after 6:20pm.

All Star Teams will be scored based on the Varsity All Star Scoring System.

The
National Western Complex does charge for parking $10 a vehicle, so not
only can you be environmentally friendly and perhaps carpool, but you
will also save a bit on parking.
Admission Costs: $10 at the door Cash Only Please, Children under 10 FREE.
Open to all School Cheer and Dance as
well as All Star and Rec Cheer and Dance Teams You have a choice for
the type of event you want to attend and you have the ability to select
an event with an amazing reputation and event director. Find
information in the "Forms" Section.

Please go to chsaa.org to order tickets and to see the entire days agenda. The varsity team will ride on a bus from CVHS together to RME for a 1.5 hour practice, then to the coliseum. We will leave CVHS at approx 12:30pm. We will have a team lunch before we leave CVHS. It will be boxed, and ready for each athlete on cheers for either on the way to RME or for afterwards. PLease pack a sack lunch and water bottle for your athlete. They are allowed to bring these in their team bag into the coliseum. I do not want the kids eating junk food. The times listed above are for the pre-lims. 6 finalists will be announced later in the evening, and then finals. This is a long evening. If/when in finals, we are done by 10pm. Each athlete must have a ride home. When/if they win state, expect a celebration party. Location TBA. (I have 2 places semi-reserved.) Seriously.... By far my favorite and best team in over 16 years of coaching. They really could do it. Please help me keep them healthy, out of trouble, grades up, and attentive to all injuries!!!!
I love these kids- help me to make this happen for them. WE can do it!
Varsity cheer national UCA qualifier
**The Mile High Regional Championship held at the Denver Convention Center in Exhibit Hall D. Please remind your parents to arrive early for your team, Depending on where they park it can be a long walk through the convention center. The Cheer Competition will begin at 2:30 p.m. and the second session should conclude by 8 p.m. The cost to get in for Children 5-14 is $5 and over 14 is $10, Children 4 and under are free. We will have several awards ceremonies throughout the day, this should allow for plenty of seating. This will also allow your parents to leave earlier or arrive later if they choose to. Scroll side to side to see this entire section of the comp. CVHS Varsity cheers need to be there at check-in at 1:30pm at latest! Please arrange for car pooling asap if needed. Awards are approx 40 minutes after we compete. Possible that team will be required to meet at CVHS after for video review. Please keep afternoon after competition open.
