General Schedule


 8:30am - 10:00am Team Registration (Coach must be present with waivers completed)

*5A teams must be registered by 10:00am.

*CoEd/4A/3A/Freshman teams may register from 11:40am-12:15pm but there will be no later Coaches Mtg.

 9:00am Doors Open for Spectators

 9:15am Coaches Meeting

 9:30am Warm-up Begins (please report to warm-up ½ hour prior to your performance time)

 9:30am Judges Meeting

 9:55am National Anthem

 10:00am Competition Begins

 5:00pm Awards (approximately)

 Please be flexible with the schedule. It is our intent to run a smooth and efficient competition. However, events out of our control could cause delays. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Please explain this to your fans and supporters.


Team Entry Fee


 $40/team (Non-refundable)

 Due Wednesday, October 31
st (post-dated deadline)

 Please pay online through CSCA website OR print form off of website and mail-in payment.

 Rescheduling the event is not an option. Entry fees will not be refunded. If poor weather occurs we may delay the start of the event.

 Coaches’ passes will be provided for up to three coaches. Additional passes are $5 each.


Spectator Admission
: CASH ONLY TRANSACTIONS***

 Adults $8.00 (please encourage exact change)

 Students (K-12) & Seniors $5.00 (please encourage exact change)

 PreSchool – no charge

 All CSCA Members – FREE

 A parent section will be created for spectators if they wish to sit closer during their team’s performance only.

Arvada West High School, 11595 Allendale Drive, Arvada, CO 80004

 From I-70 (east or west)

 Take the
KIPLING St. exit and head NORTH on Kipling (becomes W 64th Ave. or Ralston Rd.).

 Left (West) onto
Simms St.

 Arvada West is on the corner of Simms St. and 64th Ave.

Coaches Checklist
:

 Waiver for all participants (medical information must be complete)

 Music on CD and/or Ipod, and several backups

 Long-Sleeve event t-shirts will be available for preorder, limited supply available on-site.

 Specific items for your team such as signs, etc.
